Herdade do Cebolal
This red wine has a deep violet colour. The nose reveals fresh red and black fruit and some woody notes that relate to the interchange between the vineyard and the forest created on the estate. On the palate, it is a very fresh wine due to its proximity to the Atlantic and the use of clay lagares, which preserve this freshness during alcoholic fermentation. It is a wine with structure and present, yet elegant tannins, allowing for good longevity in the bottle.
